Well - today I did. or TRIED to.

I know there is a woman in the Yorkie Show World who dyes her hair to look like a yorkie. .....Well - I was NOT going for that look when I decided to Frost my own hair this morning.

I went for the SKUNK Stripe look.

What did I Dooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!

I NEED to hear some BAD HAIR Experiences here - Whether it be a Do it Yourself Job or a Stylist - and I decided after today - I really should read directions on boxes when it comes to PERMANENT hair color - I never dye my hair and now I know why....Frosting hair is just as permanent isn't it ?
LOL!!!! Sorry V. I know how you feel. I didn't start coloring my hair till about 4 years ago. At the first sight of gray, I was not having it! Well you've seen my hair. It's thick, very long, and very curly. I decided to let my mom do my hair to save myself alot of money. BIG MISTAKE!!! I had patches all over my head. I straightened my hair so that it would be easier for her. But I guess it was just too much hair for her. I went thought 3 bottles and it was not enough.

So after washing and trying to fix it, it wasn't all that bad. After it dried fluffed up, you could hardly see the spots that were uncolored. But my mom went and got one more bottle and tried to get the parts she missed. Oh lord, It was bad!!! Never again!

My poor mom tried. She does my sisters hair all the time. They do have long hair but very straight and not at all as much or as thick as mine. She felt so bad that she paid half for me to get it fixed. She wanted to pay all of it, but I would not let her. It was $150. I since found a lady (a friend of a friend) who will do my hair for $50 and I take 4 bottles which 3 & 1/2 are used.
