If you decide on one of those, choose the Sony. However, I am a professional photographer (all digital) and I vouch for the quality of Canon cameras (both lenses and camera make/body, etc.) - and for the same amount that you'd pay for any other brand of camera, you're getting more quality for your money with Canon, trust me.

I have researched alot on customer reviews and everyone just about really likes the Sony DSC-S600 digital camera....
the only downside is that you can ONLY use Memory Sticks Pro Duo.... bummer..... that pretty much is a waste for the memory card I have now.....
