Did you look at their site? There are a lot of before and after pictures. My sister started using the spray a couple weeks ago on her dog that had plaque and tartar and the improvement already is unbelievable!

I use the Life for Teeth spray daily for Sissy. You just open the mouth and spray it in. She is not a big fan, but if it keeps her young teeth clean and we can avoid anesthesia at the vet - very worth the $20. I also brush once a week with the gel.
