Everything went well. It's been an hour and he just wants to lie down, but I am not worried because he usually takes a nap around this time anyway.
My vet said to wait until 6 months to give the rabies vaccine and he just turned 6 months. I asked her about Lepto and She said she would never give a Lepto vaccine and has never heard of a case of Lepto, let alone SEE a case in her office. She said it's not common and cannot be transferred to a person ever or another dog easily. IL does not mandate a rabies shot until 6 months. Hope that info helped some of you.
