Thanks Diana. I definetely don't think I have an overactive thyroid. My doc agreed it's definetely underactive. That my weight loss could just be from exercising, ect. But I just got my blood taken on friday, and she said I will have another blood test needed in two weeks. The blood test last week will have results without my meds because I just got them refilled and the blood tests in two weeks will include my levels with my meds. Everything I have sounds like the symptom. I have an elarged thyroid gland called a goiter too. You can't see it but if you touch my neck, you can feel the enlargement. But when I'm on my meds everyday, it goes down a lot. I am definetely taking this more seriously now, since I know what's at risk. I am taking my pills on time everyday. I've heard a lot about Armour medication. Is one necessarily better than another? Why is generic bad? I have no idea if mine a generic one or not. |
