tpaxton- sorry to hear about that- that is very sad to hear, I hope your little one is okay, you didnt say if Kramer was killed or how bad his injuries were, I hope it's not serious. That is certainly a fear that we all share I'm sure.
I am a little late on my post above, but I think the regular leashes are the best way to go.
