As far as I am concerned NO dog should ever be hit, regardless if it is small are large, regardless of what breed it is. My opinion is that anyone wanting to get any dog first of all should learn PATIENCE, I often think there should be a training class just for humans. I have witnessed too many people getting a dog and not knowing how to treat one properly. I hope that you realize the harm you could have inflicted upon your yorkie, I feel sorry for it. Please have more patience and be more deserving of this precious one you have taken into your home and life, if you can't then please place it where it will be appreciated and not abused.
