I think we'll actually just dig them up (there are actually 4 trees). Oh, and use child psychology on her? Good idea! LOLOL Now mam, your dog won't have to be on a leash either in your own yard.
But you know what I REALLY want to say to her with my nose up in the air?
YORKIES don't get put outside on leashes tied to the fence!
