Would your homeowners really pay for that?? Ours down here wouldn't. Nor would we want to claim it for risk of being cancelled... They are always looking for a reason to cancel policies. No one wants the hurricane risk and you know how it goes, file a claim and your rates go up.. It's already so darn expensive I can't risk it going any higher... LOL It's crazy down here for insurance.
