When I was young-er My Grandma had a RV and she would camp at a campground all summer,, so we would go there, and she would be inside with the air on watching tv,,
Never really understood that,, I'd say let's go outside Grandma,, " Oh it's too hot" So why not stay home??
But we had fun, swimming, and all the other stuff, so maybe she did it for us.. who knows.
