Hello and Welcome to YT!!!! My scampers did the same thing, one ear went up and the other one was still down. Try shaving the ear and taping it, that is what I did with mine and now both of his ears are up and have stayed up. Try to always keep the hair on the ears very short, if they have alot of hair on the ears it will cause the ear to stay down because of the weight of the hair even though it does not seem like much to us it is enough to keep the ear down.
