That's just what I am doing....I have a 3-day window to have Cooper checked by my vet...and upon completion, if the vet finds anything wrong, I get another puppy...From what I have read over the past 3 months, issues like the knee slipping, trachea issues and liver shunts all show up later on even with AKC and ACA papered dogs, so....I have to ask myself...If I am not going to breed my dog, why not a broker if I know the history? I pick up Cooper on Monday night, the vets on Tuesday morning....I'll let you know...By the way, the price of his puppies, with or without papers was the same. Go figure! |
