I reported her to the rspca this morning and someone is going to attend her next class and take a look and no it wasnt a petsmart class .I dont agree at all with using a choke collar or a prong collar on small dogs you could so easily crush their lil windpipes unless you actually know what your doing and even then i still dont think its right
