 Anyone go to a chiropractor/ or you kids ??
I went to one today because of the pain Ive been having. Im still not 100% sure what she said as to why..lol..but the jist is just stress related, over the years things change, etc...
but Im to start with 3 spinal adjustments a week for 3 weeks and see how that does. She felt limited range of motoion, and also some in my hip area.
Im also very interested in hearing about any stories anyone has about kids and chiropractors. Ive heard some say that their kids were "better overall" after having the adjustments as well...VERY curious there! |
