It's hard to find those specifics for $600.

I'm in Phoenix, and I did a ton of research when I was looking for a yorkie, and wanted pretty much exactly the same thing you are wanting, but ended up getting a yorkie from texas.. he was only $700, bestest yorkie ever! But I did find a breeder that I liked in phoenix.. this is the website
