I've met a few of these people that have been arrested or shut down and you know what? In their warped little minds, they HONESTLY believe they love and care for this breed.
Lack of loving the breed is not what sets them apart. It breeding ethically and soundly that does. Love should not factor into this (I'm saying we all LOVE our Yorkies and surely would like to have more of them, and that's not in question here). What is, is if it's done responsibly (AND NO I'M NOT BASHING SYLVAN HERE-get over it) and ethically.
So why bother bringing up puppy millers and back yard breeders?
