Our Toto was 16 weeks old when we brought her home and her little ears had just "popped" up. Maybe Bruno just needs a little more time!
Our breeder showed me how to "tip" them ... just the upper 1/3 of the ear. Those little ears have been standing ever since! Patience, patience, Mom!!
