-Ice cubes make drinking sessions interesting for young, healthy dogs
-Change the temperature of the water, some dogs have sensitive teeth-play w/ temperature differences and offer them to her and see if she's partial.
-If H20 isn't her "thing", then you can supplement that w/ flavored water or juice.
-You can go one step further and offer her purified water (as opposed to tap) or simply give her Pedialyte as a substitute for her water.

Just some ideas.
