Try adding water to her food this will help. I would also physically take her to the water bowl throughout the day.
My mom also puts ice in her dog's water. She watched mine while I went out of town and when I came home, mine was looking at the water dish and barking at me. At first, I thought it was empty, then I thought maybe it wasn't fresh, then my mom called and wanted to know why K.C. was barking I explained the situation and my mom said Oh, he wants ice cubes in his water!! Well that was the problem. | I did not realize that color has something to do with water . . I thought that if they hold their bladder longer, the pee is darker It was just an observation so I guess I am wrong on that one . . . I am not sure if my Tiger gets enough water . . .all I know he has water whenever he wants to. I do notice him drinking quite a bit though right after our walks |
