 What is interesting is that this dog didn't have a mean bone in her body.  I never heard her growl at any other time in her life.  And, she never never bit anyone.  She was gentle and playful and actually very submissive.
 
 BUT - when she was in bed - it was best to leave her alone.  For some reason, she totally loved sleeping in the bed.   Of course, I could tell her to just knock it off and pick her up and move her....and she never bit me or anyone else.
 
 ---- My little Yorkie is more like yours.  He thinks the bed is a play gym.  And, yes, it is hard to make the bed with him around.
