I'll have to agree, I waited 2 1/2 months to get papers and i finally told the breeder that i was going to pursue legal action and they arrived two days later. No matter how much money you spend on your pet you are still entitled to the papers if they were a part of the agreement. If they are to busy to be able to produce stuff like this then they shouldn't be breeding.
