OMG!! That is my city!! I never heard that story on the news either! That is just horrible!!! How can someone do that to an animal let alone a tiny harmless one??
It just makes you wonder if someone can do that to a live animal, maybe they could do that to a human!
And if that dog didn't die till it got to the vet then you know it suffered.
