She is too young. She is not going to get rabies at the meet up. The rabies virus is very delicate. The minute it leaves the mouth, it dies. So you have to be bit directly by a rabid animal to get it. Also, the vaccines is about only 50% effective (I read) so pets are still at risk even if they have the vaccine. Read on
