Butt wiggling and peeing sounds like excitement - not submission - to me. Submissive peeing is using done when the pup rolls over on his back and pees while in that position.
In any case, I wouldn't allow the kids to approach him when he's on my bed or I wouldn't allow him on my bed in the first place!
