My 9-month old doesn't pee on the bed - but whenever he gets on my bed - he is so happy and excited that he is just beside himself. He jumps, he plays, he rolls over, and he runs around in circles. So - I can certainly understand an excited little dog peeing in this situation. But - usually this is puppy (young dog) behavior and something that is finally outgrown.
