Shasta will be 10 weeks on Sunday, I got her when she was 7 weeks old. The first week she did well in the kennel, getting up 2-3 times to piddle but would go back in the kennel with minimal whining. Last week she must have realized that she can bark, and that is all she does at night in her kennel. She will go to sleep for a couple of hours, then after I take her out to piddle and put her back in the kennel she barks, constantly. You would think that she would do this until she got tired, but that is not the case. I have had to move her from my room to the living room and can hear her barking continuously. I have tried everything that everyone has told me-heating pad, water bottle, a shirt of mine, toy, a piece of blanket that she had when she was with mom, etc... They say now that I just have to wait it out... are there any other suggestions that I might be able to try?
