My vet told me this as well. Dolores is 9,5weeks now and my vet said that she should have a strong enough immune system to stand against parvo from nursing her mommy in combination with the first vaccine until about 12 weeks when her final parvoshot is taken.. But she also told me that this is not "foolproof" and that we could transfer parvo to her just by our shoes etc if we would've waited with the first parvoshot until she was 12 weeks old (there is some discussion about parvoshots having very negative, even fatal, effects on puppies, so breeders are becoming more and more aware of this). I'm not an expert, but this is atleast what I've been told now.

Parvo is such a horrible disease, I hope her puppies will be ok..
