That's so sad, some people just don't have any patience.
When you get a puppy, you have to remember it's just like having a newborn.
They are not just a cute little face, they need lots of TLC. People should not make a commitment to love and care for any furbaby, if they are not willing to give 100%. I hope Jack finds a new forever loving home.
