Your Gracie looks like my Romeo!!! Romeo has shorter dry hair that hasn't grown very fast and he is almost 9 months old. I was told Romeo might be a red legged yorkie but his hair is starting to grow now that I started him back on Solid Gold Seameal. You might try that. You never know but she is beautiful!!! The thing I like about Romeo's hair is it grows back away from his face and I have saved a lot on him with grooming since he needs no haircut anytime soon and he is easy to wash...I think of it as a benefit of having him...besides all the yorkie kisses he gives (he can kiss you silly, lol).
