I dont know if it will work for you but I had a lot of trouble getting Twinkle to pee in one place. I took notice of the place she was most comfortable to pee (upstairs in a hidden corner-thank goodness) I put the pad there and lay on the floor saying "pad" and screaming "good girl" when she would get on it. Naturally she went there to try to wee and the pad was in the way, but i kept saying pad and good girl and eventually she got the idea. Also for a while I rewarded her with a munchie stick each time and then gradually weaned her off the munchies so now she gets one before bed if there has been no accidents.
