I don't know for sure if there is a risk with giving her too much, I would think three would be though. However I have a big dog who we believe got bit by something and the vet said to give him benedryl and we were surprised how much he told us to give him, he is quite a bit bigger than a yorkie but we were still surprised at how much he got. Maybe a dog can consume more than humans, but I don't know.
