Romeos Mommy - You might be right. Oily dogs may have more of an odor.

My pup was very oily, and he did have somewhat of an oder then. He is no longer oily and has no oder at all.

OR --- a person posted once that they noticed their Yorkie's oder mostly around the "eye/face area" where the eyes were running - and he attributed the oder to this area. He said he had to take a washcloth and wash his little pup's face often to get rid of this oder.

Surprisingly - I noticed a stronger oder in this area also. But only when my dog was a little pup -- he has no oder at all anymore.
