It is scary the first time but everything sounds normal to me. None of mine had any pain medicine as they are still very dopey from the surgery. She maybe will eat a little and drink a little water then she will probably sleep the night through. I think she would be happy in her crate (if she is used to one) and you can put it by your bed so if she makes any noises in the night you can hear her. The lumpy, bumpy is the first set of stitches and then the vets close them with either super glue (seriously) or a second set of stitches or staples. Most vets now use the super glue. You just want to watch so it doesn't become to red down there. What works well is newborn onies so she can't lick down there rather than the cone - which scares these little ones. Tomorrow morning she will almost be back to normal but don't let her jump off of the couch or chairs.
