VPI gave us a $455 check for an almost $1200 emergency visit. We are currently waiting for a check for a $5000 surgery. We have no idea how much they will cover. We have the superior plan and so far they have been great on reimbursements. We feel that it is worth the amount we pay for piece of mind and in the amount of time we have had insurance (about 4 months) it has been worth it.
