Eating healthy just means making healthy choices. Don't fry something, grill it or broil it. Choose healthy substitutions, low fat or fat free milk, cottage cheese, sour cream. Stay away from sweets (that saves you LOTS of money, lol), eat lots of veggies and fruit, (if you can't buy fresh, buy frozen without a lot of added salt or sugar). Read your labels. Pick up 6 different choices, read all the labels, and choose the one with the best nutrition. Eat whole grains. Avoid white flour. You can shop and not spend any more money than you would on un-healthy choices. I know you can.

You just have to be committed to trying. YOU CAN DO IT!!
