I know what your talking about when you say down home cookin. We cook like that too. Having 3 kids makes it even harder to diet, dont get me wrong ,I loooove my kids, but it really sucks if your dieting and you walk in the kitchen and one of them has a totinos pizza in the oven, or the husband surprises you with dairy queen! Sometimes I think they do it to me on purpose just to see if I have the willpower to withstand.lol So really thats why I havent went on the diet yet. Husband is not good at supporting. But if you have a good support system it should work for you. For this moment I'm taking babysteps tho LOL!! GOOD LUCK!!
