Thanks you guys so much. I"m going to get the book. My biggest problem is i'm so used to cooking down home cooked meals. Fried chicken mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese corn and green beans..thats one of the meals i cook each week. So i'm totally lost on what to cook that everyone will eat. I know I can bake the chicken and that will help but i'm so used to cooking starches and pastas i don't know what to replace that with. I guess just vegetables right? I will def try the crystal light too. I know i'm addicted to the caffeine in mt dew but i also know i didn't used to be so i can break myself of that. I really want to lose the weight. I"m tired of feeling down on myself. I joke about my weight in front of people but cry when i'm alone. I know i'm not that big yet but each year i keep getting bigger.
