I could stand to loose a few pounds myself too,but all I have personally done so far is switch from the diet Pepsi to the Crystal light actually the equate version, I just like the taste better.lol and of course drinking Alot of water. I havent done too bad,I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks,just from that. But I am thinking about doing the South Beach too just to take it off a little faster.
