Drink lots of water , lots and lots , If this is hard for you you can use these tips
1,try early morning drinking
2.try drinking the water using a straw
3.try room temp water
4 .try lemon in it
5. try drinking bottled water ..so you can keep track easy of how much your drinking
Oh and for snacking try popcorn or a bowl of cereal that is giving you alot per portion I like honey nut shredded wheat you get one cup serving size .
