O.K. I"m gonna have to just do it. HOw do I take off the winter pounds.. Actually the last 4 winters worth of pounds lol..I can't afford to go out and buy a bunch of fancy diet foods. So what is important for me to STAY away from and what CAN I eat? For example can i or can't i eat these things..pasta, beef, chicken, breads, eggs, cereals, milk, cheese, Mt.dew (i love my pop) vegetables with butter....ok now i'm sure your gonna tell me most of that is bad..but i need to know what i can eat without starving. I tend to eat alot at night out of boredom. NOw that its warm i'm not eating as much. But I've GOT to do something. All I want to lose is bout 25 pounds and i'd be happy. Any help would be appreciated thanks..
