I would definitely follow up on this with your own law suit. Not only did the rott attack unprovoked, damaged your property, but caused stress and mental anquish. Isn't there a leash law where you live? Seems to be laws broken here. Document everything in writing and pictures. Stress has a lot to do with ones health, so your health was also put at risk. I'd sue for everything they are worth!!!
