they have a section to register the litter, you must have your certificate for your dam and if the sire is yours his certificate also, it will ask for there registration numbers and dates issued. You then have to pay about 25-30 dollars to register them and they will send you the puppy kit, (the application papers) If the sire is not yours, they will email the owner to confirm, but you still need at least his number to get him logged in.
