That is so sad. I cannot imagine subjecting my little boy to a procedure like that. I haven't even had him neutered yet for fear of putting his little body through trauma, imagine having his voice box taken out? To what extreme do people go to modify their dogs? If you can't stand the sound of a dog barking, DON'T OWN A DOG!!! Argggggg!!
