My baby had the laser too and she did have a lump at the incision. I actually took her in to the vet and they said it was just the internal stiches and that they would dissolve in a few weeks. The only bumps she has now are scar tissue. But if it isn't red or swollen or she oesn't have a fever I would think it should be ok. But I am a Nurse for Humans and that is what we tell patients. It has worked so far with Animals too.
