You guys are sweet. I probably come across too strong and defensive about it but I think Americans are generally much nicer and more polite in terms of other people and their dogs. It's a bit different here... I'm sure most English people on this forum will know what I'm talking about. It's hard sometimes and I get a bit fed up having to constantly watch out - every corner I can't see round is a nightmare for me. I don't want to be rude to people but then they had plenty opportunity to apologise to me but the guy was almost laughing. It probably doesn't seem like it, but I am really nice and I do love all animals and get on well with just about everyone
