Holly has an Outward Hound carseat which is attached to the front passenger seat.It means she can look out of the window or lie down and sleep , and see me all the time--no more crying in her crate in the car. She is attached using her harness,so is safe if I brake. Otherwise she would be jumping all over if I am the only one in the car.I think you can put it in the back too if you have rear headrests.
