Yup you're right, Snow is wrong. I cannot register a pupppy when I have no idea who his mom and dad are LOL.
Anyway, the breeder did speak with the guy at NAPDR and inturn that guy contacted me. I am getting all necessary paperwork I need.,
Lesson learned!!! I'm headed to a breeder in CT where I can see the pups and where they live.
As i stated before, I adore Max and whoever said he was meant to be mine, really hit the nail on the head. We were brought together somehow and will stay that way
