Love Boys vs. girls...... and why?

Hello everybody.... my favorite forum to visit!

OK... before I ask.... I just want to state this is suppose be a very FRIENDLY thread and I thought it could be fun as well! This is ONLY each's opinion and I really want to know. I have MY own personal favorite but I wanted to know yours. I are not trying to change people's mind about what they prefer... I am just curious!

I am a hobby breeder and I have both boys and girls!
Please don't get upset anyone if you have an opposite opinion and in NO way am I referring to your dog! I understand each dog is an individual and might not apply........I just want to be very clear on that before I begin! LOL

This is only my opinion!

And just so you know..... I love ALL my furbabies and each of them are spoiled rotten. If I get a new fancy coller... all of them get it! I don't make them share.... (i was a second child and I hated my sister's hand me downs!)

I've always loved girls......
They are sweet but not needy
They are smart and learn quickly
never mark
are not yippy
they seem stronger in personality
I can doll them up
dress them up

Bad traits of my girls are....
they are very dominant
they will pick on the boys
they can be bullies

My boys' good points
they are lap babies
not yappy (exception of my tiny)

And the bad points....
but they can be a bit more needy
they mark
they are a bit slower to understand what I ask for
they are always more timid
weaker in personality

And the bottom line is.... I've always wanted girls. My dogs have always been little girls till I became a hobby breeder. But my boys are just so sweet. I think we love what we grew up with. My very best friend was looking for a dog.... an Akita many years ago and she refused to look at girls. All she wanted was a boy and I didn't know why. She didn't really know why.... but then we realized..... her first dog as a child was a boy and my first dog as a child was a girl.

What I am saying is...... nothing wrong in favoring a boy or a girl.... they are all great to have. I feel a certain loyalty and deep emotional bond I guess to girls. As did my best friend to boys!
