When Daisy broke her leg she did not put pressure on it at all, and did not cry unless she rolled over on it. When I called the vet he said to wait till next day to see him as he felt it was not an emergency. I took her in the next day at the first available appointment I think around noon. He did the exam, x-rays... and said to come back first thing the next morning for her to be put under for setting the leg. I would of went to another vet but there were no other vets less then a 6 hr drive away and he seemed to not be worried, but I sure was. She turned out just fine and healed very well.
I hope your poor baby feels better and heals quickly.
