I've also met my share of sketchy breeders... Most people won't buy a vehicle from a used cars sales person if the price isn't on the windshield, why are so many willing to buy from breeders that won't give you a definite price on a puppy? And most won't give you that. They'll give you a range. Does that depend on the puppy you want or how much they think they can get from you when they meet you? |
